Historical violins, violas, and violoncelli are not merely valuable works of art:
if, today, we still play them or play them once again, concerts turn into marvellous oeuvres in their own right, no longer bound by space and time.
We strive and are able to contribute towards such an ambitious goal.

Of course it is no coincidence that we settled in the Appenzell region. In the local, intensively pursued and “lived” folk music, string instruments play a central role and look back on a centuries-old tradition.
